COURSE FLOW
The Somatics of Vocal Activation
An introduction to Vocal Activation and Vibrational Embodiment:
Somatic Presencing, Nada Yoga (yoga of sacred sound), Bhakti Yoga (devotional yoga), Vocal sound-healing and exercises of vocal empowerment and embodiment.
Awaken the Sacred Om through , trauma-informed techniques that work with the nervous system, like: elemental breath, vibrational listening, energetic toning, bijas, mantras and icaros for inner alchemy.
Session 1:
Your Voice is the Medicine
Opening sacred space Vibrational alchemy for ceremonial cacao preparation
Enter the shamanic field of Ceremonial Cacao Alchemy, as held within the kuchina frequencies. Learn to prepare, bless, and sing with Ix Cacao to open the creative and healing vibrational channels of your unfiltered voice. Free-sounding vocal alchemy, & medicine icaros for Cacao-cita.
Session 2:
Vibrational Alchemy & Cacao
Weave Vocal Activation, Nada Yoga and Cacao Alchemy into one unified practice. Journey with your voice and the heart medicine of cacao, practice space holding and solo ceremony from home, opening the field of authentic expression in a safe space, re-capping all the vocal activation practices of vibrational embodiment.
Session 3:
The Medicine in Om & Bhakti
Somatics of space-holding, life as a ceremony, weaving ritual and intention with vocal empowerment, and devotional mantras and prayer-songs/icaros connected to Ix Cacao. Reflection, Resonance, — Re-membering & sharing your voice as an open channel of prayer-song & self-affirmation.
Session 4:
Ceremony as Medicine
A journey into full-body wisdom and vibrational activation with your primary instrument; the Voice.
Your voice is a bridge between heaven and earth; the quantum vibration through which your soul remembers its eternal song.

Maya Joy is a teacher of embodied healing arts whose work bridges Tantra, Sound, and Ceremony. Through SEHA, The School of Embodied Healing Arts, she guides students into deep remembrance of their own vibrational, emotional, and physical embodiment. Her signature pathways, Shakti Flow Yoga Dance, Tandava, and Vocal Empowerment & Cacao Alchemy, are invitations to live as ceremony and embody the sacred in daily life.
