Pillar 1
Physical Embodiment
(Mantrini Learning Training)
Awaken the wisdom of your body and discover what it means to be fully alive in your physical vessel.
Through movement, breath, and embodied awareness, you will learn to create greater flow within your body, allowing life-force energy to move more freely through every aspect of your life.
ABOUT Physical Embodiment
The Shakti Yogini Learning Path introduces the foundational practices of Physical Embodiment through conscious movement, breath, somatic awareness, Shakti Flow, and embodied presence. This path invites you to cultivate a deeper relationship with your body, not as something to fix or improve, but as a living gateway to vitality, intuition, creativity, and awakening.
Physical Embodiment is the practice of fully inhabiting your body with awareness, presence, and vitality. It is the art of bringing consciousness into movement, breath, sensation, and daily life so that your body becomes an ally in your personal growth, healing, and spiritual development.
What Is Physical Embodiment?
Many people spend much of their lives disconnected from their bodies, living primarily through the mind. Physical Embodiment invites a return to the intelligence of sensation, movement, instinct, and presence. As the body awakens, we often experience greater vitality, creativity, clarity, and connection to life itself.
Why The Body Matters
Shakti Flow is a conscious movement practice that combines stretching, breath, intuitive movement, energetic awareness, and free-flow dance. By opening the body’s channels and encouraging the natural movement of life-force energy, Shakti Flow supports greater health, aliveness, emotional resilience, and embodiment.
The Path Of Shakti Flow
THE SHAKTI FLOW METHOD
The Shakti Flow Method draws upon yogic wisdom, somatic movement, embodiment practices, conscious dance, breathwork, and energetic awareness. Through years of personal practice, teaching, and facilitation, Yogini Maya Joy has woven these elements into a practical pathway for cultivating greater vitality, freedom, and presence in the body.
Rather than approaching movement as exercise alone, Shakti Flow invites a deeper relationship with the body as a living expression of consciousness. Through embodied practice, participants learn to move with greater fluidity, trust their body’s innate intelligence, and experience life with more joy, creativity, and ease.

Shakti Flow draws inspiration from yoga, conscious movement, somatic practices, and free-form dance, but is ultimately an embodiment practice in its own right.
