ABOUT

SEHA is a sanctuary for experiential awakening, and a quantum portal for sacreed feminine teachings of embodied healing arts; movement breath, sound, music, dance & vitality embodied.
Founded by Yogini Maya Joy, SEHA offers a path of physical, emotional, and vibrational, or spiritual embodiment — drawing on ancient practices rooted in Yoga, Tantra, Shamanic healing, ancestral wisdom and ceremony.
Whether through Shakti Flow, free-movement Yoga Flow, Vocal Activation, Cacao Alchemy, or embodied constellation work, each offering is designed to reconnect you with the wisdom of your body and soul. Re-spirit. Re-member. Em-body. An option to explore facilitator mentorship available.
The SEHA learning methods are not a quick-fix or a performance. It is experiential, embodied re-membering; a slow, sacred return.
Where Art becomes healing; healing becomes a way of life.
You are the art, the artist and the wyd or artistry of both.
