ABOUT Emotional Embodiment
The Tantrini Learning Path introduces the transformative practices of Emotional Embodiment through tantric meditation, somatic awareness, conscious movement, breathwork, and energetic healing.
Through ancient teachings and embodied experience, you will learn to work with emotions as gateways to greater freedom, vitality, intuition, and self-discovery.
Emotional Embodiment is the practice of consciously experiencing, expressing, and integrating emotions through the body as energy in motion.
Rather than viewing emotions mentally; as problems to be solved, the practices of emotional embodiment teaches you to listen to feelings as messengers, allowing greater self-expression, and emotional freedom through learning self-regulation..
What Is Emotional Embodiment?
Many of us have learned to suppress, control, or dissociate from our emotional responses. We judge or feel judged. Over time, this can create chronic tension, and disconnection within the body and nervous system. Emotional Embodiment creates space for greater flow, resilience, and aliveness with somatic movement and meditations.
Why Emotions Become Stuck In The Body
Spanda is the tantric understanding of space and emptiness; and that within this cosmic void of eternal, dark, empty space, all of life is in a suspended state of subtle movement and vibration (connecting us to the sacred Om). Through practices such as Spanda Meditation or Emptiness Dancing, (as well as the other learning paths and meditations taught in this school), you learn to surrender into the natural intelligence of Consciousness and flow of life itself; allowing Life to flow through you.
What is Spanda Meditation?
THE TANTRINI METHOD
The Tantrini Method draws upon the wisdom traditions of Advaita Tantra, embodied meditation, somatic healing, conscious movement, breathwork, and energetic awareness. Through years of study, practice, teaching, and direct experience, Yogini Maya Joy has woven these complementary streams into a practical pathway for emotional embodiment and personal transformation.
Rooted in ancient teachings yet grounded in modern embodied practice, this path invites you to move beyond emotional suppression and into a deeper relationship with yourself, your body, and your life-force energy. Through direct experience, you learn to navigate emotions with greater awareness, cultivate resilience, deepen presence, and embody a greater sense of freedom and aliveness.
