There are codes hidden in these mystery school teachings of sacred, feminine embodied healing arts. To become Quantum teachings for ascending from fourth dimensional to fifth dimensional consciousness. SEHA will be an archive of this transition one day, and there is a reason why the Feminine polarity of our being leads us towards embodiment ,healing and all the sacred feminine arts devoted to this!
So in this new age of Consciousness, and in this new mystery school of feminine-guided mystery school healing arts, we begin to explore three pillars, or learning paths: vibrational, emotional, physical.

There is no mental embodi-ment in these teaching. the ego-mind came later, caused disturbances in our natural harmony. The mind is the -ment in embodiment. Its just a concept unless its a felt-sense lived experience. The mind IS the body. The mind IS IN your subtle-emotional awareness. The mind IS energetic, vibrational, spiritual consciousness. But the mind can be interfered with. So we dont embody thought.
At SEHA, the guidance is not to approach embodied healing from the limited thinking mind, but rather from embodied senses. So we enter through the portals of breath, movement, sound, vibration, and specific meditation to connect with subtle life-force energy (Shakti), and our higher awareness or Shiva-consciousness.
As feminine energy leads this embodied way of being (and brings her healing arts), the higher practices, trainings and mentorship with SEHA are rooted (etymologically as well) in the feminine side of our being: the Yogini, Mantrini, Tantrini, Shaktini. There is an inner Dakini principle in everyone.
So this does not include men. But from a non-dual yogic perspective, invites male embodied forms to also enter into this mystery school twisted hairs teaching of experiential learning through their feminine side (their inner Anima, their Shakti consciousness, inner feminine guidance).
Ultimately, if most embodied healing arts are rooted in non-dual concepts of Advaita, then all these practices are non-binary, and therefore for everyone!
Only from a gender-perspective do we orient our energetic flow of subtle life-force one way or another (polarity teachings within a non-dual frame-work). But not all men and all women are wired the same way. Hence, we are non-binary in our true, essential nature, and we all come from and return to the feminine – the Great Mother, the eternal darkness, emptiness of Spanda beyond space and time. Beyond where even the Light can penetrate. Here we arrive. Here we rest and accept our human-ness, Here, we rest into our Embodied and Natural Great Peace.
