I have followed Maya since her early days as a yogini at Virgin Active Steenberg, then followed her to Shakti Flow and Kirtans at Eat, Surf , Yoga and now still enjoy her energy at monthly Shakti Flow in Kalk Bay or whenever our paths cross.
